Interim Principal Announced at Lima Primary

Dr. Diane E. Reed, Superintendent of Honeoye Falls-Lima School District, today announced that that Mr. Robert Hoover will serve as the interim principal at Lima Primary School while Lima Primary Principal Mrs. Jeanine Lupisella is on parental leave from February through June 2002.

Mr. Hoover is familiar to many HF-L students and staff, having served as Assistant Superintendent at HF-L until his retirement in 1998. He was in administration for a number of years in the West Irondequoit School District before coming to HF-L in 1995. "Given Mr. Hoover's background and experience, I am very confident that he will provide continuity in leadership at Lima Primary during Mrs. Lupisella brief leave of absence," said Dr. Reed.

"You can be assured that our students and staff at the Lima Primary School will be in good hands while I am away," said Mrs. Lupisella. "I expect to take parental leave beginning in February, and return to work part-time after the spring recess and I will be back full-time in July. I will be working with Mr. Hoover on a regular basis, so that we can work as a team to maintain the level of excellence that we all expect."
