Criteria for Induction
The nominees, living or deceased, must have been a graduate of Honeoye Falls, Lima, or Honeoye Falls-Lima School Districts, and graduated at least ten (10) years prior to nomination. The nominee must have demonstrated significant contributions to their school, community and country, with emphasis on post secondary achievements in the following areas:

Education (degrees, educational honors, publications)

Community/civic involvement
-
Affiliations (professional, community, church, leadership positions)
-
Honors, awards, offices held, publications (other than education)
-
Family accomplishments
-
Other appropriate achievements not listed above which merit consideration
The process is as follows:
May 1:
All nomination packets for consideration of induction in the current year must be received by the committee. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact Rhonda Schaefer at 585-624-7010.
September/October:
Recognition, Induction Ceremony, and Reception during Fall Weekend festivities.
You may nominate an individual for consideration for induction into the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School Alumni Hall of Fame by using the nomination packet below. You must complete the nomination form and support request form (to be used for requesting letters of support for your nominee) by the due date for consideration.
