Lastly, we acknowledge that some of you find the ParentSquare platform difficult to navigate. We are dedicated to enhancing the usability of the platform by communicating these concerns with Parentsquare in an attempt to improve the user interface. We will continue to provide clear instructions on how to navigate the platform, and offer technical support to those who need it.

For our staff, your feedback has highlighted some key pain points, including the effectiveness of ParentSquare in communicating with both parents and students, the level of direct communication via ParentSquare, and the likelihood of using direct messaging through ParentSquare. In response to your feedback, we are committed to addressing these areas by:

• Implementing training sessions and providing resources to help you better understand and utilize ParentSquare.

• Encouraging parents to use ParentSquare for direct communication and ensuring staff are equipped to respond promptly and effectively.

• Investigating the underlying issues with direct messaging and working towards making this feature more user-friendly and effective.

We are committed to the ongoing management and improvement of ParentSquare, and we will continue to seek your feedback to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
