Facilities Use Request
The District facilities, including all rooms, buildings, and athletic areas (inside and outside) on the District's campus are available to use by request by HFL community members, staff and other non-profit groups. Fees may apply.
All buildings and facilities are available for request from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. However, the buildings are not available for request when HF-L is closed for holidays/vacations.
All HFLCSD facilities are reserved through Q Ware for registered users.
New Users
Request an account by completing the Facilities Use Request Form. When doing so, you must have ready, a signed copy of the 'Public Use of School Facilities Regulations' and a copy of your Certificate of Insurance. These two documents will need to be uploaded at the time of your request.
*** The Board of Education requires all groups who use school facilities to submit a certificate of insurance. The policy must be from an A.M. best rated "secured, New York State admitted insurer and state that your organization's coverage shall be primary coverage for the District, its Board, employees and volunteers. The certificate of insurance must name Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School as an additional insured with $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate.
Once the application is complete, you will be contacted, via the email in your request, with your new account information.
Registered Q Ware Users*
Submit your reservation request in Q Ware.
You will be contacted via the email address you provided in your reservation to confirm whether or not your request has been approved.

If there is a fee for your use you will receive an invoice from our District Treasurer after the event. Refer to the District Use Fee Schedule.
* Please submit request at least 2 weeks prior to the day of the event to help ensure availability.
