2020-21 proposed budget and board member election:
BUDGET VOTE: Mail-in Ballot - June 16, 2020
Notice, on June 8, 2020 the Governor issued Executive Order 202.39 amending the laws of NYS relating to the Disaster Emergency. Therefore the date of the annual meeting and general election has been changed to June 16, 2020. The school district will receive absentee ballots via personal delivery through 5 PM on June 9, 2020, only. No new or replacement ballots may be issued after 5:00 p.m., on June 9, 2020. After this deadline, absentee ballots will be accepted via USPS through 5 PM on June 16, 2020. Therefore, no budget or ballot results will be known until after 5 PM on June 16, when ballots may be canvassed (opened).

The District is required to offer a brief period for voter challenges just prior to the opening of the ballots. Qualified voters who would like to challenge any votes, please contact the District Clerk, Rhonda Schaefer, at 585-624-7010 between 5:01 p.m. - 5:16 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.
Bases for challenges include:
Voter is not 18 as of June 9, 2020
Voter is not a U.S. citizen
Voter has not lived in the District for 30 days prior to June 9, 2020
Voter is disqualified from voting
